Collaborative E-learning Processes in Conceptual Content Management Systems

چکیده
An ongoing trend of e-learning systems is to not only concentrate on the management of learning materials and other information, but instead to focus on learning processes. Thus a stronger focus is put on the people engaged in learning activities: the learners which shall be served by an e-learning system and the teachers who instruct and guide the learners. The Conceptual Content Management (CCM) approach to domain modeling has proven useful for research and teaching activities in the past. We propose to employ CCM for collaborative e-learning tasks. This paper discusses various cases of CCM support for collaborations that arise in e-learning applications.
